Discretion was key with this project, as the client base is exclusively ultra high net worth, high profile international guests. For this project, due predominantly to the unique logistical pressures posed with the property. We had to come up with a well thought our logistic plan to remove goods at a time to impact the guests the least with noise and any inconvenience. We are particularly proud to say that as far as we are aware not a single guest was ever aware of our presence at the property. This process started with t thorough appraisal of the assets to be cleared, along with a robust plan backed up by a thorough set of risk assessments and method statements compiled by our in house Health and Safety team. It was critical that we anticipated and engineered out any potential issues with the clearance prior to the day of removal, as disruption to the hotel was simply not an option.
Once the plan was in place we agreed a date for the clearance. On the day we brought to the site a smart, well briefed professional team of porters to carry our the clearance. this was supported by our logistics team who provided the right size trucks to remove the goods, whilst allowing for the access constraints of the local area.
The goods were all packaged and loaded by our professional clearance team and transported to our secure holding warehouse for eventual disposal by private treaty and auction sales. This whole process was carried out seamlessly. In large part due to the thorough nature of our planning process, anticipating any potential pitfalls, and also the appreciation we have that sets us apart form the competition of hoteliery.
